About Us

Research Solutions (RS) was established in 2017 with the infrastructural capacity to conduct multiple survey activities for ongoing research projects. The survey department has worked on a variety of interdisciplinary projects, and now boasts a team of 150+ trained field staff that facilitate the collection of real time electronic data through the use of tablets. From large-scale quantitative surveys to a spectrum of qualitative tools, our team can assist with all stages of the survey cycle including stakeholder management and coordination, sampling assistance, survey design support, respondent database maintenance, preliminary analysis of key variables of interest, etc. We have successfully executed 50+ qualitative and quantitative field activities funded by various institutional partners including the United Nations Women (UNW), Institute of Development Studies (IDS) at the University of Sussex, Evidence in Governance and Politics (EGAP) and United States Institute for Peace (USIP).

2017

- Incorporation of Research Solutions.
- Introduced the usage of digital platform for surveying in Pakistan's data collection landscape.

2018

- Conducted election poll in Lahore which was picked up by media houses.
- Introduced modern electronic methods of monitoring through survey CTO.
- Collected election thumb ink impressions of 5400 women in Lahore to check women participation in electoral process in 3 days.

2019

- 25 big scale projects completed with a field staff of 150+ trained enumerators.
- Fieldwork footprint spread across 34 different districts in Punjab, KP, and Sindh.
- Invited by IDS (Institute of Development Studies) at Sussex University under A4EA program to take part in cross country conference where we took lead on training partner countries on data collection process.

2020

- Introduced large scale phone surveys to help entrants continue their field projects during covid.
- Completed 7 projects related to vaccination and impact of covid.

2021

- Well reputed journals published articles of researchers whose research work was based on data collection collected by us.
- Helped district governments evaluate impact of Covid SOP, in spread of disease in commercial area.

2022

- Invited by LUMS to teach a 4 credit hours course to senior year students called PSST (Putting Social Science to Test) which aims at teaching and training on modern data collection methods by sending students to actual field.
- Completed milestone of 50 field projects across Pakistan.

2023

- Conducted project in Balochistan giving us footprint in all provinces of Pakistan.
- Introduction of consultancy wing and grant management service to facilitate clients.

2024

- Milestone of completing 75 large scale field projects across Pakistan.
- Innovation of monitoring and client control on field work by development of dashboard through Power BI which helps clients get real time updates on their projects.
